New manufacturing technology utilizing a Face Hob Process which features a single pass pinion tooth machining operation compared to a conventional three pass process for machining. CNC cut and lapped gear teeth. Higher strength and better quality gears are produced with the Face Hob Process. NOTE: These new gears look a little different, the gear teeth are cut on a different angle and the ring gear has a bevel on the back of the gear.

The DYAD DS (Drive System) multi-disc clutch design has been developed to meet the needs of modern high-end vehicles. Today's technology has allowed for engine torque levels up to 1300 ft/lbs and still be driven every day. Drivers need a clutch that can offer; smooth engagement, quiet operation, light pedal, and high-end holding capacity. The DYAD DS offers that and more!

The Definition of DYAD: \dy ad\ Two units treated as one; a couple; a pair, or combining power of two.

  • Light pedal effort. Great street driveability.
  • No complicated setup or adjustments required
  • The ONLY Fully dampened, TRUE "Sprung Hub" twin disc clutch system developed for vehicles with extreme power levels. The dampening springs are fully encapsulated in a 1 inch thick chromoly hub to solve the erratic engagement issues associated with other OEM and aftermarket Twin Disc setups.
  • Patented centrifugal weight system to increase clamping load as RPM increases. The increased clamping effect allows a clutch disc to be used with light pedal effort but at the same time increasing the power capacity of the clutch.
  • Patented ball bearing pressure plate surfaces eliminates internal friction on the pivot point of the pressure plate which reduces the "heavy clutch feel" and creates a smoother engagement.
  • Low Inertia Billet Steel Flywheel
  • Positive Drive Floater Disc with Anti-Rattle pin design resolves the rattle issues associated with other OEM and aftermarket twin disc setups.
