This is the first dual-plane manifold design with Edelbrock's patented Air-Gap feature. It is designed for street 260-289-302 small block Ford V8 engines. The unique Air-Gap feature incorporates the race winning technology of Edelbrock's Victor Series competition intakes by creating an open air space between the runners and the hot engine oil. The separation allows the runners to stay colder and provides a cooler, denser air charge for more power. It also includes nitrous bosses. There is no provision for exhaust heated chokes and no exhaust crossover.

This is intake manifold is designed for large displacement 351W engines with a 9.5" deck height. The manifold fits nicely on the Ford Racing 427 crate engines with the large Z head ports as well as the X head ports.
